Information We Collect

We collect account information such as name, email address, workspace details, authentication data, billing events, and plan information.

We collect product data such as QR code destinations, short links, form definitions, form submissions, uploaded logos or files, custom domains, and analytics events.

Analytics and Tracking

When someone scans a QR code or visits a short link, we may process event data such as timestamp, destination, referrer, user agent, device type, browser, operating system, country, city, and campaign parameters.

Analytics are used to provide reporting, detect abuse, improve routing, and maintain platform security.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Linkwave stores billing records, payment status, invoice information, plan details, and provider references, but does not store full card numbers.

Prices may be displayed in USD while a payment provider receives a converted amount in a supported settlement currency.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help operate the platform, including hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, email, and payment processing providers.

We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, protect the platform, prevent abuse, or respond to security incidents.

Your Choices

You may update account and workspace information in the product. Workspace owners can manage team access, forms, links, QR codes, custom domains, and billing settings.

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Security and Retention

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed by Linkwave.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security.

These pages are product terms templates for Linkwave and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before production use.
