Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Workspace owners and admins are responsible for users they invite and the content created inside their workspace.

User Content

You retain ownership of URLs, logos, files, form fields, submissions, landing page content, and other materials you add to Linkwave.

You grant Linkwave permission to host, process, display, route, and analyze that content only as needed to provide the service.

Dynamic Links and QR Codes

Dynamic QR codes and short links redirect scanners or visitors to destinations configured by workspace users.

You are responsible for ensuring that destinations are lawful, accurate, safe, and appropriate for your audience.

Forms

Forms may collect personal information from respondents. Workspace users are responsible for providing required notices and obtaining any required consent.

Do not request sensitive information unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.

Service Availability

We work to keep Linkwave available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, third-party services, or abuse prevention may affect availability.

These pages are product terms templates for Linkwave and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before production use.
